Our room is very much like home, with celadon green plaster walls, inlaid with handmade tiles, Berber carpets, a fireplace, rose petals strewn everywhere, an exquisite marble shower and twin ceiling fans:

We have a nice dinner – a chicken tagine with preserved lemons and a veggie tagine – and a glass of wine, perhaps more – to end the long day

We awaken to a perfect morning, birds chirping, sun shining and a delicious breakfast of eggs, breads, jams, honey, coffee and mint tea:
